Meet The Emerson family

Neville Emerson

Our founder Neville Emerson has been a Real Estate Professional since the late 1950’s, accumulating broad experience with selling and leasing both Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties. Over the years Neville has won a number of Real Estate awards as someone who is continually evolving and embracing new and innovative ways for property sales It is this Real Estate experience and knowledge that is invaluable in managing Owners Corporations, and has led to Emerson Property Group developing a unique “Strata Suite of Management Services”.

Kate Emerson

Understanding an Owners Corporation requires the capability of an O.C. Manager with Property Management experience as each type of individually styled facility brings its own challenges and demands particular skill sets. As a licensed Property Services Manager with over 20 years’ experience in setting up and managing Owners Corporations, Kate brings not only a wealth of knowledge, but a network of contractors and partners that can resolve an O.C. issue. Recently Kate’s successes in O.C. and Property Management have seen her appointed to the Regulatory Board
